Dipayan Debnath from Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan, Agartala stood 1st in TBSE and made the entire community very proud. Despite of poverty and other hardships Dipayan was very focussed and worked very hard for the Board exams. Scoring 97.6% aggregate marks he was declared first amongst all the examinees who took the Board examination from Tripura. To encourage this brilliant student pursuing higher studies, a member of the community Sri Mukunda Debnath came forward and awarded him the “ Mathura Mohan Debnath Smriti Medha Britti ” .
