Dipayan stands 1st in Tripura
Dipayan Debnath from Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan, Agartala stood 1st in TBSE and made the entire community very proud. Despite of poverty and other hardships Dipayan was very focussed and worked very hard for the Board exams.
